Free tax and mortgage advice offered by Angus Estate and Lettings agent

Residents in Arbroath and the surrounding area are being encouraged to attend a drop-in clinic organised by Wardhaugh Property, one of the leading Estate and Letting Agents in Angus, on the afternoon of Thursday 10th March.

Between 4pm and 6pm, experts in property related tax and mortgages will be on hand to give advice and answer any questions customers may have, from finding out how much your property is worth and how you can guarantee you get the right price if you choose to sell to choosing the right mortgage.

Established in 1965, Wardhaugh Property is a privately run business handling every step of the buying and selling process and providing the highest quality service to their landlord and lettings customers.

The availability of a tax expert to answer questions will be particularly helpful for landlords worried about upcoming changes such as the new “Alice in Wonderland” tax which is in the process of being implemented by the UK Government.

The completely free of charge drop-in service will take place from 4pm-6pm at Wardhaugh’s new offices at 155 High Street, Arbroath.
