Thinking about selling your property? Angus Estate Agent offering free advice service
Posted in Industry News on 16/03/16
An Angus estate agent is holding a free drop-in clinic for local people selling their property, helping them get answers to their questions and providing top tips.
After a recent study found that selling a home can be more stressful than planning a wedding, Angus-based Wardhaugh Property are offering the free advice clinic to make selling a property as stress-free as possible.
The drop-in session will take place at the company’s office at 155 High Street, Arbroath, between 9am and 1pm on Saturday 7 May, with no appointment required.
Wardhaugh Property has over 50 years’ experience selling properties in Angus and will have a range of experts on hand to give advice, talk through the selling process and answer any questions people may have, from how to capture a buyer’s attention, to conveyancing and mortgages.
Roddy Maxwell, Property Director at Wardhaugh, said:
“I have been selling properties across Angus for almost 25 years. I know the market; what buyers are looking for, what sellers want, and how to handle every aspect of the process. It is important to understand what your customers want in order to come up with the most successful selling strategy and that they know what an estate agent should be doing to help them.”
“I am looking forward to speaking to people at the drop-in event and sharing my knowledge of the property market in Angus, hopefully making what can be a very stressful activity a lot easier.”
Amanda Wiewiorka, Wardhaugh Company Director, said:
“We know that selling your home can be difficult but there are numerous ways that a good estate agent can make it a lot less stressful. At Wardhaugh we use our extensive knowledge of the whole process of buying and selling a property to try and make life as easy as possible for our customers.”
“We offer assistance to anyone selling a broad range of properties. Whether it is a run-down flat in need of some TLC to a spotless 5 bed home, our experience of the Angus property market helps make the whole process of buying or selling a house a lot smoother for our customers.”
“I hope people will take advantage of the free advice we are offering, whether they are thinking about selling their property or just curious to know more about the process and will come and speak to us on Saturday 7 May.”
