Plans have been drawn ( which weere granted in October 2016) to provide a contemporary 4 bedroom dwellinghouse contained wholly within the walled garden. The house design is focused around a circular 'heart' containing the main living functions . Large full height glazing connects these spaces to the private gardens space outside . Spiralling off the main block is a curved wing containing 3 bedrooms with en suites set behind a glazed corridor , again connecting the spaces to the outside.The proposed roof design has been kept very low profile to allow the house to be almost hidden within the four boundary walls . This received the "best project on the drawing board" award from the Dundee Institute of Architects in November 2014 .

We had the pleasure of selling our home with Wardhaugh in March this year. We investigated selling with several different agencies – from the point of view of both fees and professionalism.

We had two viewers and that was it – our house was sold! The quality of the schedules and Wardhaugh website – both photos and videos – is outstanding. We were looking at other schedules to buy our new home – there was just no comparison to the schedules produced by Wardhaugh. Wardhaugh’s were accurate, bold and excellent quality – not the case with others we had come across.

The whole process from start to finish was so professional – we were kept informed at every stage and we could contact Roddy directly on his mobile if we had any queries, rather than having to go through receptionists, leave messages and be kept hanging on for answers.

We have no hesitation on recommending Wardhaugh, should we be mad enough to move house again they would be our first port of call.
