Request a viewing through our website of other property portals. We will forward you a link to completed a Rental CV.
Your rental CV will ask you to collect references, provide ID Checks and confirmation of affordability .
Once your application is received and accepted we will organise a viewing of the property.
Draw up Tenancy Agreement and send for review and electronic signature to all relevant parties Create Inventory / Schedule of Condition and send for review as above Confirm first months rent and full deposit are lodged with us prior to move in date Arrange a time for key collection at the start of the Tenancy
Upon completion (for Managed Properties), you will be given your set of keys, and we will provide you with your dedicated Property Manager’s contact details, and the support we will provide you with throughout your tenancy. Congratulations, you can now move into your new home!
