Once you find your perfect property you can apply by contacting us by email or by phone. Once your application accepted we will organise the following: Collect references, ID Check confirmation and affordability check
Draw up Tenancy Agreement and send for review and electronic signature to all relevant parties Create Inventory / Schedule of Condition and send for review as above Confirm first months rent and full deposit are lodged with us prior to move in date Arrange a time for key collection at the start of the Tenancy
Upon completion (for Managed Properties), you will be given your set of keys, and we will provide you with your dedicated Property Manager’s contact details, and the support we will provide you with throughout your tenancy. Congratulations, you can now move into your new home!
